Yes. A berth, mooring, or dinghy-park space can be its own recurring product, billed monthly, annually, or for a custom period like a summer season. Memberships can stay separate products, with their own price and benefits.
A person can hold more than one subscription, so a club member can also pay for a berth, and a marina can sell a berth on its own without any membership. One-off products cover the charges for other services, such as a yard service or a training course.

Yes. Group subscriptions can put several people on one invoice and one renewal. One person is the billing contact, and everyone else keeps their own profile, membership card, and bookings.
Customers use group memberships for couple or family plans, jointly owned boats, crews who need pontoon access, or corporate memberships to the clubhouse. Benefits can be shared across the group or granted to each person, so gate access and guest allowances follow the right people.

You can customise profiles to match information you need: boat name, length, insurance expiry, crew contacts, and file uploads for certificates. You can allow members to edit fields, which keeps the office from chasing paperwork by email.
Require those details on the joining form, or attach them to a berth product so the contract waits until the form is complete. Staff can search, filter, and export the records from the member list.
See custom member fields.
Send visiting skippers a link to the checkout for the berth product. They can prefill details, such as arrival date, vessel dimensions, insurance, and who is on board. Staff can review the submission, and take payment online or in person at the office.
A visitor stay can be a one-off product or a short subscription, using the same payment and access tools as an annual berth.
Yes. Issue a digital access card for Apple Wallet and Google Wallet, and connect Members to your access control system so gates, pontoons, and the clubhouse follow an active subscription.
When a renewal fails, that subscription becomes past due and its benefits, including access, stay unavailable until the balance is paid. Staff can also scan a card at the marina office, clubhouse, or event desk and see status immediately.
Read the membership cards guide.
Yes. Publish one-off or recurring events with a capacity, member and guest prices, and eligibility by membership tier. Attendees get confirmation on their phone, and your team can manage attendance, waitlists, and cancellations in the same place.
Use it for a club race, an open regatta, training, a crane booking, or a club supper. Results and handicaps stay in your racing software, which you can link to from Members.

Guest allowances are a benefit on the membership, so a sailing member and a social member can have different rules. Members invite a guest from the app, and staff see the invite and the remaining allowance at check-in.
Dues and berth fees renew on the schedule for each product. Members pay by saved card or Direct Debit where available, failed payments are retried, and reminders go out automatically. Funds settle in your own Stripe, PayPal, or GoCardless account.
Fuel, yard services, event tickets, and other one-off charges can sit on the same account. Dining and bar tabs can be posted through the invoicing API when you want them on the member balance. Invoices sync to Xero, QuickBooks, or Sage.

Yes. Build the form around vessel details, insurance, proposers, or a waiver. With approval turned on, staff or a committee accept the profile before that person can buy a membership or book.
Private yacht clubs can keep joining invite-only. A berth product can also ask for its own documents, such as an insurance certificate, before that contract activates.

Yes. We import member records, vessel fields, membership plans, payment history, and the payment methods needed to keep collecting.
Every customer gets help extracting and cleaning up existing data, field mapping, and a test import to confirm records and active subscriptions before you go live.

How long it takes to go live depends on your membership structure, data quality, payment setup, branding, and any access-control requirements. Most clubs and marinas are live in anything from a day to a few weeks.
Publishing a member app on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store can take another 1 to 2 weeks for store review.

You can connect Stripe, PayPal, or GoCardless in one click. A custom gateway can be connected through the API, and you can record offline payments such as bank transfer, cheque, and cash.
You keep the processor account and its payment data, and you can disconnect a provider at any time.
