1. Introduction

Deliverability and reputation are critical for membership management. To ensure the best experience for all our users, we enforce rules and guidelines to limit usage that would jeopardize the Service or violate the law.

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines the acceptable and prohibited uses of the Members.dev Service.

Phishing and Fraud

You may not use the Service to send fraudulent messages intended to trick recipients into revealing sensitive information or performing undesired actions.

Malicious Content

You may not use the Service to distribute malware, viruses, or any other malicious or compromising code.

Harassment

You may not use the Service to harass, intimidate, or threaten any individual or group.

Interference

You may not use the Service in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the Service or interfere with any other party's use of the Service.

3. Content Guidelines

You are responsible for all content sent through the Service. Prohibited content includes:

  • Content that violates any laws or regulations.
  • Content promoting illegal goods or services.
  • Content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.

4. Account Usage

Users are forbidden from creating multiple accounts to circumvent quotas or limits imposed by the Service.

5. Enforcement

We reserve the right to terminate your account immediately for violation of this AUP. Depending on the severity of the violation, we may attempt to work with you before any disruption of service.
