Membership Database

Core to Members.dev is the membership database. From here, you can manage all present and past members of your organization. You can add members, edit details, view subscription and invoice history, and more.

Subscription Management

Members.dev allows you to create and manage all types of products. These can be one-off products, like a joining fee or club apparel, or recurring subscriptions, like a monthly membership fee or gym membership.

Automatic Invoicing

Members.dev automatically creates invoices for all subscriptions, which you can collect payments on. Overdue invoices can automatically revoke access to the member's benefits.

Benefit Entitlement Tracking

An important part of running any membership program is tracking which members have access to which benefits.

For example, a gym membership might include access to the gym, a swimming pool, and a sauna. A club might have different tiers of membership, some with voting rights and reduced equipment hire fees. A loyalty program's benefits could be accumulated points, and special discount vouchers.

Multi-tenancy

Members.dev is designed to support multi-tenancy. This means you can create and manage multiple organizations from a single instance.

For example, a University can use Members.dev, and on-board each of its clubs as a separate organization. Admins from each club will be able to set up their own product and subscriptions. The University admin can oversee all of the clubs.

Students can sign up to multiple clubs with the same account, payment details and contact details.
