Invoices

Subscription invoices

• Original amount can't be changed
• Currency can't be changed if tied to subscription
• Period can't be changed if tied to subscription
• Due date CAN be changed

Editing an invoice

• If tied to subscription, currency cannot be changed
• Can't void an invoice if there are payments against it. Remove the payments first and then void the invoice.
• Invoice status 'paid' and 'partially paid' are automatically updated when payments are made - you cannot manually change the status to these. Create a payment and add it to the invoice instead.
• Voided invoices cannot be edited. Mark them as open again or create a new invoice instead.
